Uptown School students enjoy the head start given by our enriched PYP curriculum. Well-rounded and vibrant, it applauds hard work and new understanding. It motivates students to work collaboratively and to strive for excellence in every aspect of their lives.

The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) is a non-profit educational foundation based in Geneva, Switzerland. This gives students instant credibility at any post-secondary education they choose to pursue. The IBO, a non-profit group dedicated to maintaining top quality educational standards has given Uptown School the authorisation to implement the Primary Years Programme. As a result we will be rigorously monitored to ensure we meet strict requirements to maintain our authorisation, including active and ongoing teacher training.
The three programmes offered by the IBO address the unique learning needs for each stage of a child’s intellectual and emotional development. These programmes have been exhaustively researched, tested, and proven successful in providing students with an outstanding foundation from which to launch their adult lives and pursue all of their dreams and ambitions.
